Get behind National CSE Awareness Day

Date: Wednesday, 13th Mar 2019 | Category: Uncategorised

During National CSE Awareness Raising Day on 18th March 2019, I urge you to give an ongoing commitment and unite against child sexual exploitation – writes Kelly Walker, Preventing Violence and Exploitation Programme Manager at Sandwell council.

Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) is a form of sexual abuse that involves the manipulation and/or coercion of young people under the age of 18 into sexual activity.

By downloading posters and displaying in community localities; we can highlight the issues surrounding child sexual exploitation; encouraging everyone to think, spot and speak out against abuse and adopt a zero tolerance to adults developing inappropriate relationships with children.  Please follow this link to access resources:  http://www.stop-cse.org/ssss/
